Do you ship outside Egypt ? How long does it take?

Sara Omran ships worldwide.

We offer international shipping for orders made through www.saraomranjewelry.com International shipping rates vary according to the shipping zones. Actual costs for shipping are calculated after you have added items to your cart and filled in the shipping address information on the website.

International shipping takes anywhere from 2-1 weeks (3 weeks at the very latest) to arrive, at normal circumstances.
This all depends on how far you are from Egypt ,
or how long your package will take to clear customs, etc.
What method of payment do you accept?
We accept payments with credit/debit cards and cash on delivery inside Egypt only.

What's your return policy?

  • All purchases from custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable nor exchangeable.
  • Please make sure in case of choosing an item with size preferences to ensure you have the correct size ordered, same applies for personalized item data as there will be no exchanges after receiving the order.
  • Sara Omran business will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn.
  • Sara Omran business can accept returns for manufacturing defects only up to 2 days (inside Egypt) and 7 days (outside Egypt) after the date of purchase of your order and in the case of sending the item back, it will undergo inspection and payment will be refunded after through bank transfer or payment portal used at the time.
  • In the case of return in case of manufacturing defect, the return request has to be issued from day of order delivery within 1 day ( inside Egypt) and 7 days (outside Egypt) maximum via email with pictures attached and upon return confirmation, package has to be sent back via proper means of delivery to place of origin in Egypt packed and sealed. Please note that the parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to us, unless sent via special delivery. Therefore the inspection and refund process will start after that. Also note that as the item and cost of return is your responsibility until it reaches us, for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
  • This means that the package must reach the country of origin within 7 days maximum after you have received your order.

What's the best way to care for my jewelry?

Care instructions for plated jewelry:

– Avoid direct contact with alcohol, perfume, body lotions or other chemicals.

– Jewelry should be stored separately in the provided airtight jewelry box.

– Keep away from water & do not immerse jewelry in water.

– Clean the pieces after use and occasionally, also wipe them with a soft lens cloth.

– Remove jewelry while bathing or swimming.

How do I care for my silver jewelry ?How do I polish it back up?

Jewelleries naturally darken as it ages.
How fast it ages depends on how you take care of your jewelry, your skin type, and several other factors.

SILVER JEWELRY :

Inlaid Jewelry aren’t included, just polish with a polish cloth

Polishing silver tips:

Using baking soda:
1-In a glass bowl, make a thick paste by mixing two parts baking soda to one part water.
2-Using a damp cloth, gently apply paste to the spots needs polishing on your silver item
3-Let the past rest for about 3 minutes, then gently rub with a clean corner of your soft cloth. (Emphasis on the gently, as baking soda is slightly abrasive).
4-If the silver design has small details, use a soft-bristled toothbrush to get them shining.
5-Finish by rinsing with water, and buffing dry with a clean cloth.

6-Rinse your silver with cold water, and buff it dry with a soft cloth.

Can shipping be affected by force majeure events or circumstances beyond your control?

In rare situations, international shipping may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to airspace restrictions, transportation disruptions, war, governmental regulations, customs procedures, regional instability, natural events, or other force majeure situations.

While we always ensure that orders are carefully prepared and dispatched promptly from our side, delivery timelines may occasionally vary depending on airline routes, customs clearance, and courier operations during such periods.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, delays resulting from these external circumstances may not qualify for cancellations or refunds.

As many of our pieces are handcrafted or specially prepared for each order, returns or refunds may also be limited once production has begun or the order has been shipped.
